What information do we need to be capturing from the Guest/Host, what is it going to be used for and where is it stored?

Driver Preliminary Candidate Requirements

In order to properly validate a driver lead and enter them into the matchmaking process, we need to gather the following information.

This information is captured through the following form: Driver Inquiry Form

• Personal information: Name/Email/City/Phone
• For the EV you're currently renting:
  • Make/Model/Year/Color
  • Weekly or monthly rental cost (all in)
  • Any additional insurance costs
• Desired start date for the new rental
• Any Rental requests (Make/Model/Year/Color)
• Please note: Hertz or other car rental receipt is required to guarantee price matching

Government Requirements

The following items are required to ensure that the vehicle and driver are in good standing with government regulations.

• Driver: Valid driver’s license
  • Captured through Persona
• Driver: Background check
  • Missing
• Host: Car registration
  • Missing
• Host: Personal information
  • Captured through App registration
• Driver & Host: Identity verification
  • Captured through Persona

Insurance Requirements

In order to process an insurance card for a new driver, the following information must be entered into our AB insurance provider portal.

• Host personal information

  • DOB
  • Address
  • Phone

• State of registration
• VIN
• Driver personal information

• Start/end date of rental period
