Driver Late-Payments System
Original 3 Buckets
- Everyone that's currently late
- People that are egregiously late (2 weeks late - 2 base fares late)
- People consistently late
Plan of Action
- Business Team Awareness:
- Daily slack report with everyone that’s late, measured by their Trust Index, and how many base fare payments they are behind.
- Trust Index (extra week late and each “addressed” lowers a point):
- [Trust Index: 0] are people with 2 addressed receipt AND late
- [Trust index: 1] are people with 1 addressed receipts AND late
- [Trust index: 2] are people with 0 addressed receipts - 2 week late
- [Trust index: 3] are people with 0 addressed receipts - 1 week late
- Phone # available: Allows us to call them with different levels of urgency/niceness
- Driver Action:
- Triggered email, recurring reminders, once the error happens we also set the reminder task. When it's multiple errors the email comes with increasing Warnings - threatening collections etc...
- What messaging to put in the follow-up reminders? Consensus on messaging before implementation.
- Cron job will check to see if payments happen and stop recurring reminders if they've paid
