Step 1: Rename Your Transponders
- Log into your FastTrak toll account
- Navigate to the Transponder section
- For each transponder, select "Rename"
- Name each transponder with the exact license plate number of the corresponding vehicle
- Click "Submit" to save the changes
💡 IMPORTANT: Every transponder name must match the license plate of the vehicle it's installed in. This allows the system to match tolls to the correct vehicle.
Step 2: Generate a Toll Report
- Navigate to "Statements and Activities" section
- Select "Create Report"
- Choose your desired time period (e.g., last 30 days)
- Download and export as a CSV file
Step 3: Upload to ZEVO Dashboard
- Go to your ZEVO Host Dashboard
- Navigate to the Toll section
- Ensure the toll authority is set to "FastTrack"
- Drag and drop your CSV file into the upload field
💡 The system will automatically process any outstanding tolls and attribute them to the correct bookings for reimbursement.
Troubleshooting
If you see errors during upload, verify that:
- The toll charges correspond to active bookings
- Transponder names exactly match vehicle license plates
- The CSV file is in the correct format
