How to Use It — 3 Steps
Step 1 — Open a fresh AI assistant chat.
Step 2 — Paste the entire contents of the file as your first message.
Step 3 — Paste the driver's message.
Ask: "What should I do and what should I say?"
Spark Host will tell you: who handles it (you or ZEVO support), the exact words to send the driver, and what to do on your end.

- Incidental fee table corrected — pet violation is deposit forfeiture + $200 (not $50–$300), smoking is $150 fixed, curb rash and SOC fees added
- Hardcoded gate code removed — hosts must always reference the Notion Gate Code Access doc

These items need a decision or more information before they can be written into Spark Host:
- Host-to-host vehicle transfer — no documented process for what happens when a host wants to move a vehicle to a different host account.
- Pest damage (mice, insects) — not in the incidental fee schedule. Is this covered under the general cleaning category or is it a separate incidental?
- Driver uses vehicle for unauthorized commercial activity (delivery with passengers, hauling) — no policy documented for hosts.
- Host wants to end a booking early — process not documented. What can a host actually do vs. what requires ZEVO CS?
- Driver disputes a tolls invoice — process not documented. Does host handle this or ZEVO CS?
- Texas-specific toll authority list — hosts need to know which toll authorities are valid for upload in their market.
- Declaration page — rule added to v1.2 file (ZEVO does not provide). Notion living doc update pending due to timeout — add manually to POL-INSURANCE in the CS Spark living doc.
- SOC first-violation waiver for third-party hosts — v1.2 covers the waiver for standard ZEVO host accounts. No confirmed policy yet for third-party hosts (RESLA, Hart Rentals, Gigfleet). Confirm with Garron or Sam before waiving on those accounts.

You own the vehicle. ZEVO owns the platform.
You handle: tires, cleanliness, maintenance, gate codes, pickup location, charging account balance, damage, incidentals, tolls, post-rental inspection, vehicle inspections (required states).
ZEVO support handles: billing, app access, key issues, booking changes, extensions, insurance, accidents, platform bugs.
